Embarq Internal Brand Campaign: In 2007, the telecommunications company Embarq wanted to strengthen their brand by reacquainting their employees with the company’s brand promise of Practical Ingenuity. I collaborated on creating and implementing an internal campaign that achieved this through the curious stories of brilliant every-day inventions, examples of innovative employee solutions, and creative problem solving tips. We developed a set of slotted building cards, given to all employees to encourage creativity and teamwork; a Web site with video, games, and information that was updated across a span of six months; and materials for an installation, including a life-size set of cards, that toured Embarq offices across the country.
